What Is The WPCloudPanel Agency Control Panel?

It is a managed service for the WPCloudDeploy plugin.

You get your own VPS with WPCloudDeploy and its WooCommerce integration already pre-installed, along with a few other WP goodies.

It takes between 20 and 30 minutes to build your server after which you can log in and setting up connections to your favorite cloud providers.

Use WP Plugins for things like ticketing and CRM which reduces your SaaS costs and the number of services you have to juggle.

Do We Get SSH Access To Servers?

Yes and No.

Yes, you get ssh access to all servers you deploy.

No, you do not get ssh access to the server running your private instance of the WPCloudPanel service.

Can We Move Our WPCloudPanel Instance To A Different Region

Yes, you can. Just open a support ticket or send an email to support@wpcloudpanel.com and we'll get it done for you.

What Does "BIlled By The Day" Mean?

Unlike classic hosts, we literally bill you once per day for each site you create.

So if you use a site for 7 days we'll bill you 7 times, once each day.

This is useful if you need a temporary site with all the production level quality and features of a real site.

You can cancel anytime and your site will be deleted.

You get a vanilla WordPress site (latest version) with caching enabled.

It's installed with a generous amount of PHP Workers, memory and CPU for each site.

You get a control panel that allow you to do all the things you can do with a regular host:

Database tools

While sites start at $1.00 per day we have specs that go up to $2.00 per day and greater.

No, you do not. You do get sFTP access though.

To be clear, our prices include your chosen server provider charges (eg: DigitalOcean, Vultr, EC2 etc.)

How Are You Different From Cloudways?

We only focus on WordPress application servers. This means that our servers are uber optimized for WordPress.

Additionally, our control panel includes many WordPress-specific options you will not find at Cloudways or other similar services.

Finally, we are located inside the United States whereas Cloudways is located in Malta.

How Are You Different From LiquidWeb and Similar Services That Offer VPS?

With WPCloudPanel you get to choose your cloud service provider. You can choose very reputable providers - which also grants you the flexibility to choose servers from dozens of locations around the world.

Do We Get SSH Access To Servers?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not. Since we manage the technology stack on your servers for you we cannot grant SSH access.

For servers with SSH access we recommend using our sister service at fireupwp.com or the plugin that drives our technology, WPCloudDeploy.
