Yes, you get ssh access to all servers you deploy.
No, you do not get ssh access to the server running your private instance of the WPCloudPanel service.

Prices include:
- Server hosting charges
- Specified Disk Storage
- Specified Bandwidth
- Basic Support
- Free SSL
- Regular Security Patching
- sFTP access
- "Unlimited" Sites (i.e.: as many sites you can fit on the server for your chosen use-case.)
To be clear, our prices include your chosen server provider charges (eg: DigitalOcean, Vultr, EC2 etc.)
We only focus on WordPress application servers. This means that our servers are uber optimized for WordPress.
Additionally, our control panel includes many WordPress-specific options you will not find at Cloudways or other similar services.
Finally, we are located inside the United States whereas Cloudways is located in Malta.
With WPCloudPanel you get to choose your cloud service provider. You can choose very reputable providers - which also grants you the flexibility to choose servers from dozens of locations around the world.
No, you do not. Since we manage the technology stack on your servers for you we cannot grant SSH access.
For servers with SSH access we recommend using our sister service at fireupwp.com or the plugin that drives our technology, WPCloudDeploy.
